67% VISIBLE health
The health score is the average pass rate across the seven categories, so each category counts equally however many checks it holds. Partials need moderate work; fails are missing or need significant work.
Six issues holding Samsung DA back
These themes account for the highest-impact fails and partials. Each one limits how often AI platforms can read, trust and recommend Samsung's appliances.
What's already working
- Brand authority is complete at 100%. Wikipedia and Wikidata entries, a PR and outreach process, listicle and directory coverage, and Reddit presence all pass.
- AI exposure is fully tracked. All six Evaluate checks pass: visibility is benchmarked and monitored across AI platforms, LLM traffic is tracked in GA4 and AI shares accurate brand information.
- Crawlers can reach the site (86%). Key content is server-side rendered, robots.txt and the CDN allow AI crawlers, sitemaps are submitted to Google and Bing, and there are no duplicate or canonical issues.
- The review footprint is broad. Reviews sit on several platforms, review volume matches the top three competitors, and brand facts and Google Business Profiles are in place.
The VISIBLE framework
How to be VISIBLE in LLM and AI search. Seven categories, each one a condition AI platforms need before they surface a brand.
Access. If bots can't reach or render the page at all, nothing else matters.
Improves how well-reached pages are understood and perform. Usually needs developer or template work.
Builds longer-term trust and E-E-A-T signals rather than fixing something broken now.
Prioritised fix log
All 20 fails and partials, ordered by priority tier, then by impact. A fail scores its full impact (1 to 10); a partial scores half. Effort and owner are our recommendations to agree with the Samsung DA team.

Category scores are recalculated from that tab, so the overall score (67%) differs from the workbook's Summary tab (64%), which leaves two structured data checks unscored and divides Visible by 21 checks rather than 22.
